By Phone
New England Philharmonic concerts are held at Boston University's Tsai Performance Center. To purchase tickets by phone for concerts at Tsai, please contact the box office directly at (617) 353-8725.
By Mail or FAX
Print out and complete our ticket order form and send with payment or credit card information to: Tsai Performance Center Box Office, 685 Commonwealth Avenue, Boston, MA 02215. You can also FAX your order (credit card orders only, please) to (617) 731-9799.
In Person
Tickets to Tsai performances may be purchased in person during regular box office business hours. Call (617) 353-TSAI for times. Cash and all major credit cards are accepted. On the day of the performance, the box office will also be open one hour prior to the concert.
WGBH members are entitled to a $5 per ticket discount at the box office. Simply present your membership card at the box office when you purchase your tickets.
Online
Online ticket orders are processed through PayPal. Select the appropriate "Add to Cart" button for each concert for which you would like to order tickets. This will take you into the shopping cart system, where you will be able to enter quantities. (You must have javascript and cookies enabled.)
Online ticket orders for each concert will be accepted through the day before the performance. Tickets will be sent by mail if ordered at least one week before the performance; tickets ordered less than a week before the performance will be held at the box office.

Donations
In addition to ticket sales, your donations and contributions are an essential part of the New England Philharmonic's funding. The New England Philharmonic is grateful for any donation you are able to make. If you would like to make a donation to NEP online, simply click the "Make a Donation" button, and enter the amount and your credit card information.
